Shipping Policy

All items are made to order. Production time may vary depending on the product. In general, preparing your item takes between 2 to 3 weeks after the order is confirmed. The delivery time depends on the shipping address, the item, and public holidays. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
If you do not receive your entire order within 14 business days after the shipping confirmation, please contact me at ineostudio888@gmail.com so I can help you track your order.

Please note that I am not responsible for fees related to forgotten or unclaimed parcels, nor for customs fees. In such specific cases, I encourage you to contact the delivery company directly.

Lastly, please keep in mind that I am a freelance artist, and the production of all my products takes time, as each item is crafted with care.
Exchange and Refund Policy

Items are exchangeable, returnable, or refundable ONLY in the case of an error on my part, such as sending the wrong size, material, or item (e.g., incorrect size).

If you selected an incorrect size, color, or item when placing your order, please contact me within 24 hours of your purchase to request a modification. After this period, the order will be considered confirmed and can no longer be changed.

In these specific cases, you are invited to send an email to ineostudio888@gmail.com, with the subject line "Return - Order Number." Please include in the email body the reasons for the return or exchange. A response will be sent to you promptly with instructions for the return, as well as the return address.

You may open the package to check its contents, but items must not be worn or used. All packaging and tags must remain intact.
Exchanges will be processed within the same timeframe as a standard order, starting from the receipt of the returned package, as all items are made to order.
Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
